Each summer Red Bull unveil their exclusive Summer Edition drink and they asked us to find a way to get free Kiwi Twist samples into as many hands (and mouths) as possible. Red Bull had also commissioned a limited edition Kiwi Twist infused ice cream to go along with the drink.

The idea was simple – to conjure up the nostalgia of a summer past; out in the warm sunshine, waiting for the ice cream van to roll by. To make the van unique, I designed several custom elements (as well as designing the retro-theme van graphics), including: a sweet gull-wing hatch on the side, a full height display case window, and DJ grade boom boxes. That summer the van, its street team, and Red Bull DJ soundtrack, rolled around town visiting the main festivals and parties introducing thousands of revellers to the new drink.
